By accessing or using GatherGoHub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, organizers, and members.
GatherGoHub is a community event management platform that helps organizations coordinate events, manage RSVPs, track volunteer participation, and communicate with members. The Service is provided “as is” for community and organizational use.
Access to GatherGoHub is granted via secure magic links sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure, as it is the sole means of authentication.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to notify your organization administrator if your access is compromised. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GatherGoHub, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to GatherGoHub, including event details, member information, and messages. By submitting content, you grant GatherGoHub a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Organization administrators are responsible for the appropriate use of GatherGoHub within their organization. Administrators have access to member data, event records, and payment information within their organization and must handle this data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
GatherGoHub facilitates manual payment tracking for organizational events. The Service does not process payments directly. All financial transactions occur outside the platform (e.g., cash, Venmo, Zelle). GatherGoHub is not responsible for any disputes arising from these external transactions.
GatherGoHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatherGoHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to GatherGoHub at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Organization administrators may remove members from their organization at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
