When you join GatherGoHub through an organization invitation, we collect your email address. Authentication is handled via secure, passwordless magic links — we do not store passwords.
Organization administrators may record profile information on your behalf, including your name, household composition (number of adults and children), and contact details. This information is used to manage event RSVPs, team assignments, and communications.
We collect data about your participation in events, including RSVP status, selected packages, payment status (recorded manually by administrators), team assignments, volunteer hours, and submitted expenses.

GatherGoHub is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization’s data is strictly isolated using Row-Level Security (RLS) enforced at the database layer. Members of one organization cannot access data belonging to another organization, and administrators only have access to their own organization’s data.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Organization administrators may delete member records, event data, and other information from the platform at any time. Upon deletion, data is removed from active systems; residual copies in backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

No system is completely immune to risk; we encourage you to keep your email account secure as it is the key to your GatherGoHub access.
